Membership Overview

• All memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment to promote consistent wellness outcomes.
• After the initial term, memberships continue on a month-to-month basis.

Automatic Renewal & Updates

• Memberships renew automatically each month unless a cancellation request is received.
• If any updates are made to membership pricing or benefits, members will be notified via email and/or SMS with at least 30 days’ notice.

Billing

• Membership fees are billed monthly on the same date as the original enrollment.
• Billing resumes automatically after any approved membership holds or changes.

Cancellation

• To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before the upcoming billing date.
• All cancellations, holds, or updates must be submitted in writing via email to
  info@thereset-club.com with the subject line:
  “Membership Cancellation,” “Membership Hold,” or “Membership Change.”
  The Reset Club will provide written confirmation within 7 business days.

Membership Hold (Freeze)

• Members may pause their membership for up to 3 months per calendar year.
• During a hold, billing is paused and no new credits accrue.
• At the end of the hold period, billing and membership benefits automatically resume.

Refund Policy

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-prorated once charged.
• Cancellations take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and benefits remain active for the remainder of the paid month.

Limitations

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers.
• Benefits are non-transferable unless credits are formally reassigned per program guidelines.
