all medical history, medications, allergies, and pregnancy status are fully disclosed. Failure to provide accurate information may result in denial or termination of services.

The Reset Club provides mobile IV hydration and wellness services intended for eligible adults. Services are delivered by licensed healthcare professionals under appropriate medical oversight. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if deemed medically inappropriate, unsafe, or noncompliant with our protocols.

5. Medical Disclaimer
IV hydration therapy provided by The Reset Club is a wellness service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are not a substitute for primary care, emergency care, or specialized medical treatment. Clients experiencing medical emergencies are instructed to call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

The Reset Club does not participate in insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid programs. All services are provided on a self-pay basis. Clients are solely responsible for payment and acknowledge that services may not be reimbursable by insurance providers.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified. Fees are disclosed prior to treatment and may include mobile service charges. Missed appointments, late cancellations, or no-shows may be subject to fees. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Reset Club, its owners, medical director, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or failure to disclose accurate medical information, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
